Manufacturing Facilities

We manufacture high-quality industrial valves using advanced metallurgy methods

Over 60,000 Sq. m. dedicated to valve manufacturing

To provide a competitive product with the shortest possible lead time, FluoroSeal Group operates five manufacturing facilities.

The first, located with its head office in Montreal, Canada, specializes in high-end products such as plug, lined, and ball valves, valve automation, and alloys geared to provide short turn-around times. The second, located in Suzhou (valve city), China, focuses on high volume, commodity products like cast steel valves. The third plant, based in Shuyang, China, concentrates on the production of various valve metal castings. The fourth, situated in Haslev, Denmark, is dedicated to manufacturing high-quality lubricated plug valves for the oil and gas industry.  The fifth based in Sambir, Ukraine focuses in on wastewater and water management valves. All five operate on the same quality management system, and utilize fully-trained operators and technicians, equipped with the latest in CNC machining centers, top-notch test and inspection equipment in order to ensure the best quality product possible.

Moreover, to minimize downtime and delivery costs, FluoroSeal Group maintains a worldwide inventory of ANSI and DIN standard commodity valves. These are conveniently stored in warehouses situated in Montreal, Houston, Haslev and Suzhou, as well as a small inventory of selected stainless steel and nickel alloy casting components in our Montreal facility, to accommodate the occasional specialty valve emergency.

To fully control product quality and delivery commitments, FluoroSeal Group’s operations are vertically integrated, with fully-owned foundries supplying its manufacturing centers.

In addition to its global distribution network, FluoroSeal Group is in the process of developing a worldwide array of FluoroSeal Group Service Centers, with factory-trained personnel and FluoroSeal Group-provided tooling and procedures, to fully support its entire product line while ensuring factory level quality workmanship and traceability.

"In our fully-owned foundries, we work with exotic alloys for the chemical industry, special applications, and difficult applications."
