FluoroSeal® offers a wide range of partially jacketed and fully jacketed sleeved plug valves. An integrally welded jacket allows for efficient heat transfer to ensure even heating of the valve in order to prevent cool spots in the system. Partially jacketed valves utilize a standard valve; the jacket covers the bowl area which includes the plug, sleeve, and sealing surfaces. Partially jacketed valves can be used in standard piping systems. Fully jacketed valves utilize oversized flanges to allow for complete valve heating from back side of flange to backside of flange. Fully jacketed valves are typically installed in jacketed piping systems.
